Janet'S Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease a large pie pan.
    Combine softened cream cheese, eggs and 1 cup of sugar.
    Beat until very smooth.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Remove and let set until it falls a little.
    Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Spread on top and place back in oven for 5 minutes.
    Chill before serving.
    May serve with berries.
