Apple Butter Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    1 pkg. orange gelatin
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. apple butter
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced apple (unpeeled)
Preparation
    Heat water and dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add salt; chill until it starts to thicken.
    Add the apple butter and pour into a greased mold.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce with a spoonful of mayonnaise on top.
