Jezebel Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    crackers (your choice)
Preparation
    Bring to boil first 3 ingredients.
    Add cranberries and cook 10 minutes.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Put in horseradish and mustard.
    Stir.
    Refrigerate.
    To serve: Pour cranberry mixture over cream cheese.
    Put crackers on side.
    Makes enough sauce for 2 batches or 2 packages cream cheese.
