Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    juice from 1 lemon
    water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix egg and lemon juice and add enough water to make 3/4 cup.
    Add egg mixture to flour and shortening.
    Mix until well blended.
    Refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours.
    Stays well in refrigerator for several days. May divide dough and freeze.
