Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broccoli bunches
    5 eggs, boiled
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 large sweet red onion
    1 (8 oz.) jar green salad olives
    1/2 c. black olives
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    creamy Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook broccoli stems 3 minutes; cook flowers 2 minutes.
    Chill in cold water.
    This can be done ahead of time.
    Put broccoli in large bowl; add diced, hard-boiled eggs, celery and onion, cut in thin slices; two kinds of olives, the mayonnaise and creamy Italian dressing to taste.
    You can also season with salt and pepper.
