Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Onion (Thinly Sliced)
    2/3 c. Green Pepper (Chopped)
    2/3 c. Celery (Diced)
    2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
    2 c. Canned Tomatoes (Drained)
    1-2 Cans Green Beans (Cut)
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    Grated Cheese (Optional)
Preparation
    1. Cook onion, green pepper, and celery in cooking oil until tender.
    Add all other ingredients except cheese.
    Mix. 2. Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
    Heat throughly in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Yields 6 servings.
