Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil brown sugar, butter, Karo syrup, salt and vanilla for five minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda.
    Pour over popcorn and mix.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
