High Fiber Granola Breakfast Cereal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. oatmeal (not quick cooking)
2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sesame oil (or corn or other oil)
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. sesame seeds
2 c. raisins (add after cooking)
1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional)
1 c. chopped dates (optional)
Preparation

For this amount you will need two, 9 x 13 inch baking pans. Mix together the oatmeal and bran and toast in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Mix together the honey, oil, water and almond extract. Toss the honey mixture with seeds, add dates and nuts, if using. Then toss this together with oats mixture.\tMix until well incorporated.
Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes more, stirring every few minutes.
When the baking is done, add the raisins.
