Randy'S Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. hot milk
1 c. hot chicken stock
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Place in cold water until ready to use.
Saute beef, pork sausage, onion and garlic; drain off fat.
Add olive oil, tomato puree, tomato paste, seasoning salt, pepper, parsley, basil and oregano.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
