Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

In a small skillet, heat and stir the 1/3 cup of sugar over medium heat, until sugar melts and becomes golden brown.
Quickly pour caramelized sugar into a 3-cup ring mold, tilting to coat bottom and sides.
In a bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in milk, the 1/4 cup of sugar, vanilla and salt.
Pour into caramelized coated mold.
