Mercers Chocolate Marshmallow Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 8-inch pie shell
    20 or 22 large marshmallows
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (not concentrate) or rum or orange juice or 1 Tbsp. of any juice you prefer
    1 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook marshmallows, milk, cocoa and pinch of salt in double boiler until marshmallows dissolve. Cool. Add vanilla, lemon juice or rum or orange juice or 1 tablespoon of any juice you prefer. Fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream. Pour in a baked pie shell and chill. Cover with Cool Whip or whipped cream and top with pecans.
