Natilla(Cuban Custard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Place milk and salt in a large pan over medium heat.
    In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the sugar and egg yolks and add to the milk.
    Mix cornstarch and water and add to milk, sugar and egg mixture.
    Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
    Take off stove and stir in vanilla.
    Pour in 1 large or 10 small bowls.
    Let cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered cinnamon. Refrigerate.
