Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 Tbsp. garlic salt or 1 tsp. real garlic toe
1 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. or 1 lb. can tomatoes, mashed up
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles or wide noodles
2 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine in a large bowl.
Place noodles in a large lasagna pan and spread 1/2 the cottage cheese mix over, 1/2 the meat mixture. Put 1/2 a 1 pound bag Mozzarella cheese over this.
Then repeat with noodles, cottage cheese, meat and don't put the rest of the Mozzarella on top until done, then melt.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
