Strawberry-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add pecans and mix.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into dry ingredients. Stir enough to dampen all ingredients and pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
