Red Cabbage Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. shredded cabbage
3 large sliced red onions
3 large bell peppers, chopped
1 pt. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a very large bowl.
Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a saucepan.
Pour over cabbage mixture in bowl.
Chill overnight.
Several days is even better.
