Family Meat Loaf(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    2 slices bread, crumbed
    1 onion, minced
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with dry milk thoroughly.
    Add other items, mixing well.
    Will be sticky.
    Lightly grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6.
