Apple And Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. Roquefort or other blue-veined cheese
    2 medium red apples
    2 medium pears
    chicory leaves
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine sour cream and lemon juice.
    With fork, break Roquefort cheese into 1-inch pieces.
    Fold pieces of cheese into sour cream mixture.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve. With sharp knife, core and thinly slice apples and pears.
