Garbanzo And Black Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 to 19 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 large red pepper, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, each cut in half
    1/4 c. olive or salad oil
    2 Tbsp. minced red onion
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    About 10 minutes before serving, mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
    Makes 4 servings.
