Cheesy Brunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
8 oz. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Pet-Ritz deep dish pie crust (frozen)
Preparation

In medium bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream until blended.
Stir in bacon, cheese and parsley.
Pour into frozen crust.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 on preheated baking sheet 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
