Genny'S Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    2 (10 oz.) containers sour cream
    1 bunch green onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. salt or to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Peel and medium shred them (4 sided grater).
    Stir in sour cream and 1 cup shredded cheese.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
