Minted Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. snow peas
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 fresh mint leaves, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook peas and drain; add butter. Combine mint, vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over peas. Stir to coat. Serve.
