Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation

Butter bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Slice apples and arrange slices in the dish. Add a few dots of margarine over them and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Sift together in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix the eggs with a fork and add to the flour mixture.
Put mixture over apples.
Drizzle the melted butter over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
