Polynesian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops in shortening; drain excess fat. Season chops with salt and pepper. Combine pineapple and juice, green pepper and Heinz 57 sauce. Pour over chops; cover and simmer 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
