Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed
    1 1/2 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimentos, drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook rice using package directions.
    Saute celery, onion and green pepper in margarine in skillet.
    Add rice, mushrooms, crab meat, shrimp, pimentos, soup and milk; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yield:
    10 servings.
