Easy Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. cane syrup
3 eggs
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. hot water
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. ginger
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Add boiling water, then add soda mixed with hot water.
Sift flour, ginger and salt.
Stir into first mixture.
Batter will be thin.
Bake in greased and floured jelly roll pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes (until top springs back).
