Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. orange peel, grated
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh cranberries
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cut in oil until crumbly. Add egg and orange juice.
Stir until moist.
Fold cranberries.
Spoon into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
