Marinated Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bunch broccoli
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Wash broccoli and cut into spears. Cook in a small amount of water until tender.
    Drain well.
    Place in shallow dish.
    Combine other ingredients in a jar.
    Shake vigorously.
    Pour dressing over broccoli. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Sprinkle broccoli with chopped egg before serving.
    Yields 6 servings.
