Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. nacho cheese chips
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can kidney beans (large)
1/2 head chopped lettuce
2 or 3 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
8 oz. shredded cheese (Cheddar or taco flavored)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
In large baking dish, layer chips, beef, beans, lettuce, onion, tomatoes and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and vegetables are wilted, approximately 15 minutes.
