Chocolate Layered Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 c. pecan chips
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. Cool Whip
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    pecans (for garnish)
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix flour, butter and pecan chips.
    Spread evenly over bottom of pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
