Seashore Bliss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium shrimp
1 lb. scallops
2 c. quick cooking rice
1 c. cream
1 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 c. clam juice
1/2 c. white wine
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. onion tops
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Place rice in a 2-quart baking dish.
Add scallops (chopped if sea scallops) and shrimp.
Combine cream, melted butter, clam juice, wine, seafood seasoning and chopped garlic.
Add to baking dish.
Sprinkle with chopped onion tops and grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
