Ingredients

1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
8 slices multi-grain bread
2 ripe bananas
3/4 c. strawberry preserves
2 Tbsp. polyunsaturated margarine
Preparation

In blender, blend milk, egg substitute, banana, honey, cinnamon until smooth.
Dip bread slices in mixture, place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes turning slices after 10 minutes.
