Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water (hot to touch)
    1 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients up except egg and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Add egg; add more flour to your judgment.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown in spots.
