Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients together in bowl with whisk.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Heat pan with oil.
Fry pancakes; flip when ready. Serve with butter and syrup or topping of choice.
