Cream Of Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. cream-style corn
2 c. milk
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Stir over medium heat until bubbly.
Stir in corn.
Bring to boil 1 minute, stirring.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in milk. Heat to serving temperature.
