Sweet And Sour Chicken Packets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and reserving 1/2 cup juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 onions, sliced
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine reserved pineapple juice, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, bouillon and ginger and mix well.
    On each of 4 large squares of aluminum foil, place a chicken breast, equal amounts of fruit, vegetables and sauce mixture.
    Fold and seal foil around chicken.
    Place packets on baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
