Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1 c. or more grated sharp cheese
buttered cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Stew chicken in salted water until done.
Bone; cut into small pieces.
Cook broccoli and drain.
Put layer of broccoli in buttered casserole, then layer of chicken.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over.
Cover with grated cheese, then buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
