Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Beat butter, sugar and yolks until fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients, add alternately with flavoring and milk.
Blend well. Pour into greased and floured flan pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
