Winning Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
    3/4 c. corn meal
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 egg whites
    1/3 c. corn oil margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (spray with nonstick vegetable coating) and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
