Hamburger-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    3 c. water
    3 medium carrots, chopped
    2 large potatoes, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. basil leaf
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Add water and rest of ingredients. Heat to boiling.
    Lower heat and cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour until vegetables are tender.
