Pullet Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into quarters
    lite salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    1 c. fresh mushrooms (small, whole ones)
    1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz. can)
    1 can low-sodium asparagus soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    1 c. fat-free sour cream
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Rub the chicken pieces with seasonings, then brown in margarine.
    Put in a shallow dish with the mushrooms and drained artichokes.
    Mix the soup, sour cream and wine with the chicken drippings and pour over chicken.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Garnish with the parsley.
