Steak And Potato Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. rounds steak, cut into serving pieces
1/3 c. flour
4 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation

Dredge steak in flour.
Brown well on both sides in hot oil. Place meat in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Pour off excess oil. Scrape up browned drippings left in pan and add to meat.
Arrange potatoes with meat.
Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper over all.
Add tomato sauce.
Cover and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 4 generous servings.
