4 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stewing beef
    `1 c. each: carrots, potatoes and onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minute tapioca
    1 c. V-8 tomato juice
Preparation
    Oil casserole.
    Place beef in bottom of pan; add vegetables, salt, sugar, tapioca and juice.
    Stir well; cover and cook at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Do not stir while in oven.
