Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. thin sliced beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Reserve 3 slices of beef to cover cheese ball.
    Chop the rest into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients well and shape into a ball.
    Cover with reserved beef.
