Pork Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork steaks (1/2-inch thick)
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. beef stock
Preparation
    Arrange pork steaks in baking dish.
    Brown steaks in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Add rice and sprinkle with salt and pepper over top.
    Sprinkle with mushrooms and onion.
    Pour stock over top.
    Place in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook 15 minutes more.
    Serves 4.
