Fresh Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained mandarin orange segments
    1 c. fresh or frozen thawed raspberries
    1/4 c. light rum (?)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    fresh mint for garnish
Preparation
    Makes 3 cups.
    Combine fruit with orange liqueur or rum and sugar.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 8 hours before serving.
