Carmelized Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans or english walnuts
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place sugar, water and nuts in a 7-inch skillet and begin with high heat.
    After stirring several minutes, the nuts will crystallize.
    Turn down heat to low, and continue stirring.
    The nuts are finished carmelizing after they have a shiny glaze on them.
    After the nuts cool, break them apart.
