Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
tricolor twist pasta, cooked and drained
fresh broccoli
fresh cauliflower
1 red and green pepper
radishes
onions
4 oz. cubed cheese
pepperoni slices
Preparation

Mix oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, red and green pepper and Parmesan cheese in large bowl.
Mix pasta with fresh vegetables, cut into bite size.
Add cheese and pepperoni.
Stir in dressing.
