Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. green pepper
    1 small can black olives
    1 (16 oz.) jar Chi Chi's hot sauce
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cream together ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
    Put 1 big spoonful of mixture on flour tortillas, spread out and roll up. Chill for 1 hour, then slice into pieces.
