Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
2 lb. powdered sugar
6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 lb. coconut
Preparation

Boil potatoes, drain and wash.
Add powdered sugar and melted butter.
Add coconut.
Pour into buttered pan.
Let set until firm.
Melt chocolate squares and pour over fudge mixture.
Let set until hard.
Cut in squares.
