Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    12 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Beat 2 minutes on low speed. Pour into three greased and floured round cake tins.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
